Values orientation

Values have an influence on our behaviour. They even determine it to a large extent. Every person has his or her own set of values. These can correspond more or less to the values of society. But they can also be completely opposite. In the professional world and in learning, an orientation towards values is decisive.

A person only likes to learn and work if he or she feels in harmony with his or her values. If this identification is missing, breaks occur. These show themselves in a lack of motivation, poor performance, anger, grief, nervousness, etc. People need their values so that they can live fully. That’s why on the career platform we don’t focus on our values, but also take yours at their word. Freedom, self-development, security, responsibility, transparency, compassion, mindfulness, development and dignity guide our work together.
